Delivery & Use
- By submitting the contact form, you expressly acknowledge that placing an order entails a payment obligation.
- Cancellation of an order is permitted up to 24 hours before the start of the event.
Payment
- Payment can be made via PayPal, direct bank transfer or cash at the event.
Photo selection
- Verheij Visuals reserves the right to modify package contents, including the number of photos included in any offered package, at its discretion. Orders are subject to the package details as listed at the time of booking.
- Verheij Visuals strives to deliver an equal split (50/50) of the photos from the obedience routine and the protection work routine.
- Any additional photos of ceremonies or highlights are provided as a courtesy. The purchased package represents the MINIMUM number of photos the client will receive; Verheij Visuals is free to deliver additional photos at no extra cost.
Refund Policy
- In case of a disqualification in the first routine at the event in either obedience or protection work, a 50% refund will be provided.
- If Verheij Visuals is unable to deliver the promised quantity of photos from a routine that took place prior to a disqualification, a 50% refund can be requested.
- In the case of equipment failure or any other event resulting in no photos being taken of either the obedience OR protection work by Verheij Visuals, a 50% refund can be requested.
- In the case of equipment failure or any other event that causes Verheij Visuals to miss BOTH the obedience routine AND the protection work routine, a 100% refund will be issued.
Delivery & Use
- Photos are expected to be delivered within 4 weeks after the event.
- Photos will be shared in a folder on Google Drive without watermarks.
- Verheij Visuals reserves the right to upload the delivered photos to social media with watermarks for promotional purposes.
- Photos will be available to download for a minimum of 90 days. Verheij Visuals is not responsible for the loss of photos after this 90-day period.
- Returning clients are important to us at Verheij Visuals. For every order placed after the first within a single calendar year, the client will receive a 10% discount.
